Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

3. Receipt: Proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

Please follow these steps to register your return:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@manusvivendi.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Packaging: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and attach the return shipping label.

​Refunds

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

3. We do not provide cash refunds for any orders returned and delivery fees associated. Any unreceived items will not be reimbursed.
